 Transport simulation
« Thread Started on Mar 16, 2009, 4:27pm »

Hi everyone,

I've noticed this new book, just published by the EPFL Press & Routledge, I guess it might intererest some of you here...

> Transport simulation
http://www.epflpress.com/livres/EPFL978-1-420095-09-8.html

This book brings together transport simulation models of different levels and different modes (automobile, rail and pedestrian). The content of it could help in further developement and application of transport simulation models in transport planning, management and control.

Best Regards,

G.H.

Nice thought thank you but not quit the simulation type the members I know are into.

(It would seem to be based on queuing theory applied to traffic flow; more OU level three material).
